oil on canvas

Keel-billed toucan, Arenal, Costa Rica

Toucan of the Ticos

  • Rainforests all over the world are in danger of destruction for palm oil production and farming. Supporting preservation of the rain forests is critical to the overall health of the environment and preservation of many animal and plant species.

Near Arenal volcano in Costa Rica, the rain forests are full of life and toucans can be found hopping high up in the treetops. The people of Costa Rica refer to themselves as "Ticos" and are very proud of their country and are dedicated to conservation.

The original oil painting is SOLD!
